Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my incredible fiance JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I post my daily life: the good, the bad and all in between. In 1990 I moved to America along with my brother and parents at the age of one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice it is likely that I would not share my story. Since I was confident that I would have a brighter future I set out to be successful and do my parents happy. I believed my life would go the same way as I graduated from college, land a corporate position, get married and start an family. It was my idea of what success looked like. But life had other ideas. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status didn't bring me happiness- I felt like I was wasting my time and energy in exchange for a salary but I knew that I was meant for more. As I navigated my way to a new direction in my career, I found that I was supposed to be a personal trainer. I enjoyed exercise, I loved being social and I loved helping people. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success in 2021. Since I am an Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few. As a coach, my goal is to inspire others and empower them to live a healthier and happy life by creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to each individual's needs and goals. It is my goal for me to help others chase their desires and live the lives they have always dreamed of. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. She won her eight-year fight with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven, and I keep her in my heart. Although you may not be able to see the signs at first, God has a funny way of offering us the things we require. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways and I truly believe that my mom offered me a second chance to be alive through her death. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to start a new chapter in her life as I was given the chance to lead living a happy and fulfilling life. In my 30's I am alive and conscious of the fact that I live my life now instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. In sharing the tale of my experiences, it's in the hope that others can relate to my experiences and thoughts. In order to feel that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of genuine love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not abnormal. In the end, your wellness is your greatest wealth. My hope is that you live your every moment to the fullest and have a final resting place is not a regret, because that's all that we have to be confident about in this life.
